We all need direction, no matter how favoured we are..!
God’s Word of truth and the principles for a good life may not appeal to man’s senses, but, if we do what our senses say, we would be flitting from one thing to another, without direction, and miss on our calling and blessing..
The steps of a good and righteous man are directed and established by the Lord,
And He delights in his way and blesses his path.
When he falls, he will not be hurled (thrown with force) down,
Because the Lord is the One who holds his hand and sustains him.
I have been young and now I am old,
Yet I have not seen the righteous; those in right standing with God, abandoned
Or his descendants pleading for bread..
“Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go….”(Isaiah 48:17)
