Day 8

Overthinking is the biggest cause of unhappiness, insecurity and depression..
The moment people start overthinking is the same moment they start blocking God’s voice and guidance into the things He has prepared for them..
When we find ourself in this position, we have to trust that God’s plan is bigger than our own..
For your life to function properly you need to put GOD in charge of your life & think positively..
Keep yourself occupied & keep your mind off things that you know you cannot control & let GOD handle it..!
When you overthink, remember that God’s got this. If we trust in Him, there’s no need to be scared. It will work out in time..
God knows everything. He has the answers we are looking for..
If you trust in the Lord, there is never a reason to overthink. You may not understand what is going on, but you will in time. God’s got it..
We have a Savior who is helping us with our battles. Immerse yourself in the Bible to fight against the lies of satan that cause you to overthink. Get in the Word and get to know more about who God is and who you are in God..
Fill your mind and heart with so much of God’s Word that you will have no room for satan’s lies..
God, I invite Your searching gaze into my heart. Examine me through and through; find out everything that may be hidden within me. Put me to the test and sift through all my anxious cares. See if there is any path of pain I’m walking on, and lead me back to Your glorious, everlasting way— the path that brings me back to You. (Psalm 139:23-24)
“Whenever my busy thoughts were out of control, the soothing comfort of Your presence calmed me down and overwhelmed me with delight.”….” (Psalm 94:19)
