Jesus taught us that worship is not about a place but about our Father, Knowing that the heavenly hosts worship our Father should inspire, humble, and motivate us to do the same, no matter where we find ourselves. Above all other qualities, God is holy. The heavenly beings acknowledge his holiness three times: “Holy, holy, holy…!” Why? Because God is unique, undefiled, pure, perfect, and unparalleled. Nothing in our everyday and mundane world measures up to the Lord Almighty. His glory fills the earth and sky. He is more significant than all we can imagine. He is worthy of our worship, reverence, and awe. “Above [the Lord] were seraphs, each with six wings … and they were calling to one another: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.”Isaiah 6:2-3
