Day 30

Jesus is our hope, favour, provision, and salvation..!
A renewed mind helps us to recognise our true identities in Christ Jesus and that we are no longer a slave to the power of sin..
Renewing your mind is a great way to begin living a more healthy, joyful and peaceful life..
Renewing your mind, changing the way you think creates a better life for yourself and a life that honors God..
Five Steps to Renewing Your Mind
1. Ask the Lord to help you guard and direct your mind.
2. Recognize the source of self-focused and self-defeating thoughts.
3. Replace self-focused thinking with a God-focused mindset through the Word of God.
4. Rest in the truth that you are accepted in Jesus Christ.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 daily.
God doesn’t condemn you, so know that thoughts of self-condemnation are not from God. There is no fear in God’s love, so when you feel afraid or defeated, you can safely ignore those thoughts too..
God wants you to be transformed to be like His Son Jesus who was totally focused on the will of the Father..
“Those who live as their human nature tells them to, have their minds controlled by what human nature wants. Those who live as the Spirit tells them to, have their minds controlled by what the Spirit wants. To be controlled by human nature results in death; to be controlled by the Spirit results in life and peace.….”(Romans 8:5-6)
