Day 23

The most important relationship we have is with GOD, our Heavenly Father..
God’s presence in our lives is a revelation of His glory..!
For from Him all things originate and through Him all things live and exist and to Him are all things directed. To Him be glory and honor forever! Amen..! (Romans 11:36)
It’s not about having enough time to fit God in, it’s about putting God FIRST and making a priority in your schedule..
We are called to put God FIRST. Not after your work, your spouse, your family, your dog, the beach, your workout, or whatever else you are using as an excuse for why you don’t have time for God. Not after everything else in your calendar gets your attention. Not after you check your emails and Instagram in the morning. Not after you finish your to-do lists. Not if you have enough time and energy before bed..
When you decide to put God first and make Him first in your life, your soul will prosper and your joy and peace will increase..
When this relationship is not our main priority, when we are not giving this relationship the time and attention it deserves, every other relationship will suffer..
Your vertical relationship with God will determine your every other horizontal relationship..
Let your first waking moments be of thanksgivimg and praise to the Lord..
“……They gave themselves to the Lord first and then to us, since this was God’s will……” (2 Corinthians 8:5)
