Many times we try to “hold” onto things for ourselves, or for ones who we think are worthy, or give only if it benefits us in return..
Remember it’s not about the amount you give, it’s about the willingness and the attitude to give that matters..!
What to give & how to give..
When people give reluctantly or simply because they are told to, it isn’t as powerful of an act as giving because you want to..
When you’re giving — no matter the form it takes — your heart should be in it..
When you give in secret, God will see what is done even when no one else has, and will reward you. Those that give will be welcomed into Heaven with open arms..
Remember God gave His Son to us to die for us when we were unworthy..
“A generous person will be made rich, and whoever satisfies others will himself be satisfied.”…..”(Proverbs 11:25)
