GOD wants us to be loving because He is love..!
God loves us with such incredible love; He wants us to experience incredible, life-changing love, mercy, and compassion not only from Him, but from those around us and He wants us to show that same love to others..
Every single person we meet is loved by God and is someone Jesus died for..
Everyone we encounter through the day – strangers, acquaintances, friends, family – can experience God’s love through us. Every day, we have the opportunity to show God’s love to others..
The call to love is often difficult, but it’s also a reminder of how God loves us: relentlessly, completely, and without expectation of return..
A crucial link between our being loved by Christ and our loving others is the Holy Spirit..
We love each other because He loved us first..
– Show God’s Love by Listening.
– Show God’s Love with Generosity.
– Show God’s Love by Encouraging.
– Show God’s Love with Acts of Kindness and Forgiveness.
– Show God’s Love by Praying and Sharing the Word of God with Others.
“Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other………” (Romans 12:9-10)
