We are not attacked over the tangible things (physical things which can be touched). He fights us over things that cannot be seen..!!
When I want to think a certain way, he wants me to go another way..
When I need to ponder, he wants me to wander. When I need to pray, he uses my thoughts to float away..
Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour..
