Day 2

We are not created to take the glory; we are created to give GOD the glory..!
God will show you His favour as long as you are letting His glory flow through you, up to Him..
Even after God has saved us, we’re still prone to take credit for things that are due completely to His grace..
The moment you start keeping the glory, it will leave, which is exactly what happened to King Nebuchadnezzar (Daniel 4:30-33), therefore, be careful to give GOD all the glory for your accomplishments..
If you meet with any system which magnifies man, flee from it as far as you can…. Here is a test for you to apply, and by it you may tell whether a thing is true or not. Does it glorify God? Then, accept it. If it does not, if it glorifies man—puts human will, human ability, human merit, into the place of the mercy and the grace of God—away with it, for it is not food fit for your souls to feed upon..
To glorify God, trust in Him as your helper, defender, and source of all blessing..
– God created us for His glory
– Jesus sought the glory of His Father in all He did
– Jesus told us to do good works so that God gets glory
– Jesus warned that not seeking God’s glory makes faith impossible
– Jesus said that He answers prayer that God would be glorified
– God forgives our sins for His own sake
– God instructs us to do everything for His glory
– Jesus’ ultimate aim for us is that we see and enjoy His glory
God, glorify Your Name! Yes, Your Name alone be glorified, not ours. For You are the one who loves us passionately, and You are faithful and true. (Psalm 115:1)
“…God resists you when you are proud but multiplies grace and favor when you are humble. If you bow low in God’s awesome presence, He will eventually exalt you…….”(1 Peter 5:5-6)
