Day 10

When the devil cannot take you out, he tries to wear you out – don’t get tired, the tide WILL change..
The evil one wants us to…
1. To doubt God
When the devil tempts you to doubt God, don’t let your circumstance determine your God; let your God determine your circumstance..
2. To live in fear
Fear is not the absence of faith, it is the misplacement of it. The devil doesn’t want to rob us of our faith, he wants our faith to be in anything but God. Life in Christ is life not in fear!..
Psalm 34:4 says, “I sought the Lord, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears.”
3. To feel insecure
Don’t let the devil tell you that you are unloved or not good enough! You are God’s handiwork and, in Christ, we are not only good enough, “we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us” (Ephesians 2:10, Romans 8:37)..
4. To avoid the church/community of believers in Jesus
The more uninvolved you become with the body of Christ, the harder it is to persevere in your faith. It isn’t easy to follow Jesus in a world that doesn’t. When we leave the community we were made for, we are destined to be devoured (1 Corinthians chapter 12).
5. To be led astray
When we rely on the worldly words of people or ourselves in place of God’s Word, we can be led away from His truth ourselves and lead others away from Jesus too..
6. To fail
The devil wants to destroy us. He wants us to settle for what the world has given us and accept our fate. When you feel like you’re going to lose, take heart, Jesus has already won for you!..
“Stop doubting and believe” (John 20:27)..
The devil is a defeated foe..
When we put our trust in Jesus, we receive the power to overcome satan’s attacks..
When we’re following Jesus and doing what He says, no attack from satan can knock us off our feet. And when our trust is in Jesus, no attack from satan can separate us from His love..
That’s a promise from Romans 8:38-39 — “neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”..
Let GOD know that you are in this battle as long as it takes for GOD to do HIS good work in you & bless you..!
Though the Bible presents the devil as a powerful and cunning opponent, it also tells us that Christians can have victory over this enemy..
“Now you understand that I have imparted to you my authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will harm you as you walk in this authority.….”(Luke 10:19‬)
