The journey of following Jesus means we are to keep our hearts open, soft, sensitive, and connected to humanity, but, we must realise that we are never going to be bullet-proof when it comes to the unexpected pain and heartache we can experience in fractured relationships – will you let it define you, or will you grow from it..?
God never leaves us nor forsakes us. He understands what it feels and He cares. He promises to be there for us and to help us..
Know that no pain is too great for God to heal, and no situation is too terrible for Him to overcome..
The important thing to remember is that God is close to you, even when it does not feel that way – and all you need to do is reach out for His help..
The Lord is close to all whose hearts are crushed by pain, and He is always ready to restore the repentant one..
Trusting again is the way God wants all our stories to unfold, because trust is the fuel that keeps us moving forward in faith embracing all that God has planned for us..
