Day 14

Gratefulness is a wonderful feeling, but it’s real power is released through the expression of giving..
We receive, in part, to give – In that giving, God is glorified..!
Being charitable is reflecting Christ to the world..
You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. For God loves a person who gives cheerfully..
Let giving flow from your heart, not from a sense of religious duty. Let it spring up freely from the joy of giving..
When you are being charitable, don’t make a big show of it and tell all your friends and neighbors. Instead, be discreet about it..
When you give in secret, God sees what is done even when no one else has, and rewards you..
Giving generously doesn’t mean you have to give everything you have. It just means you should be charitable within your means..
“Yes, you will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous. And when we take your gifts to those who need them, they will thank God.….”(2 Corinthians 9:11)
