Day 13

The path to a fresh start and a clear conscience begins with repentance..
The Bible says, “Let us test and examine our ways. Let us turn back to the Lord. Let us lift our hearts and hands to God in heaven and say, ‘We have sinned and rebelled’” (Lamentations 3:40-42)..
What does it mean to repent? It means three things:
First, take responsibility for your sin.
Second, turn toward God and His grace.
And, third, turn away from those things with His grace.
Repentance leads us to changing our thinking, renewing our mind to cultivate godliness while eradicating habits that lead into sin..
“Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends You, and lead me along the path of everlasting life……”(Psalm 139:23-24)
