Day 18

We must surrender to God, laying all our fears, worries and problems at his feet. Do not think any task is a difficult task. So many times we go to God in prayer and truly empty ourselves of all the pain, anxiety, and worry we are going through, but the next day we find ourselves once again worrying about the same problems. Why should we worry if we truly gave it to God because faith in God’s Word shows us it will be taken care of. We can’t do any of it alone but only through true faith and trust in The Lord, we can accomplish these goals. This scripture ends with a promise: When we trust in God He will make our paths straight. When God is in charge He brings good out of every unpleasant situation and makes sure we are victorious. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight” Proverbs 3: 5-6.
